Is Ridge Valley Exteriors Insured?

How long will it take to complete my new roof?
The timing varies based on where you live, the availability of materials and the size of the home. But in most cases, it takes between one and three days to complete the job. The claims process usually takes about three weeks.

Can my insurance company raise my rates?
Your insurance company cannot raise your individual policy rate because you filed a no fault claim (known as an Act of God). However, sometimes after a storm goes through an area, the insurance company raises the rates of all property owners in that area. Since filing has no bearing on insurance rates, you should protect your home by recovering an appropriate property settlement for your roof.

Can you provide an estimate?
Ridge Valley Exteriors doesn’t provide estimates. We use an industry standard (third party) estimation program called Xactimate® to price the job. Xactimate® ensures that our estimate are in line with the most current labor and material costs in your market. When working with insurance companies, we guarantee to do the work for the price your insurance company pays, taking the hassle out of finding a contractor that not only is familiar with but specializes in the insurance claims process.
