  • Prepare site for restoration

Installation

Attention to detail:

  • Inspect decking and remove where required
  • Underlayment: install felt underlayment and ice and water shield barrier to code
  • Roofing Materials: install roofing materials to code and according to manufacturer’s specifications and insurance scope of work

Site Cleanup

  • Visually and inspect property for stray nails and remove materials and debris from site
  • Use magnetic rollers and a wand to pick up nails around the property

Follow Up

  • Provide contact information for 24-hour emergency response team
  • Offer full administrative support for questions and concerns
